Location: Shoreditch, London.
Four courses and four glasses of wine.
The talented chef, host and founder of STORIES, Emily Crocker, will be producing four courses for 24 guests in her beautiful studio. OTHER will pair a wine with each course, and between us, we'll share the backgrounds of the people involved in making wine and growing food.
A message from Emily:
The menu will be vegetarian but as a small supper club with a tiny team we are sadly not able to cater for special dietary requirements. If you have any concerns/ questions about the menu please email Emily at hello@storiesfood.co.uk before purchasing a ticket.
Pía Carrau's family have been making wine since 1752 - first in Penedès, Catalonia, and in Uruguay since the 1930's.
Pía runs Cerro Chapeu, the vineyard responsible for producing our two Uruguayan wines, Balido and La Ventana. She is coming to London in early February to meet some of the London-based wine bars stocking Balido and La Ventana.
On Wednesday 4th February, we're hosting an evening with Pía at Finley's in Hoxton: a wine bar that champions women in wine. We'll hear from Pía about her career to date, experimenting with new winemaking styles as well as the long and illustrious history of her family's winemaking prowess.
Afterwards there'll be plenty of time to chat and ask questions. It's just £5 to secure your ticket, which includes a glass of wine on entry.
